Job Responsibilities
• Market research, including supply and demand analysis, available alternatives, and pricing.
• Monitoring the development of various plans for all aspects of the project to commence implementation.
• Design: Overseeing the development of engineering designs through the design department.
• Licensing: Following up on the issuance of licenses, from drafting and reviewing ministerial decrees to obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for implementation and operation, through specialized consultants and relevant authorities as per the project.
• Implementation: Monitoring on-site implementation plans through the Project Management Department to ensure adherence to the approved budget and timelines.
• Customer Service: Regular follow-up with the Customer Service Department to review and approve any customer-related modifications.
• Development: Studying, preparing, and reviewing project documents and INVENTORY for the Development Department, such as the list of sold units, the launch plan (including launch phases and dates), project outlines, and monitoring the development, preparation.
• Monitoring delivery plans with the Project Management Department and the Customer Service Department.
• Preparing project completion reports after handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years in Real Estate Development, with a few years leading a team.
